Our physiotherapist uses functional, play based therapy to support children in achieving their goals. Using thorough assessments we determine the most relevant and effective approach to take. Providing education and build the skills of the child's parents, guardians and care givers is essential in ensuring the child is receiving therapeutic interventions across their day for the best outcome.
Our physiotherapist has significant experience with equipment prescription and complex seating systems. She is able to support your child in trialling, applying for and using specialist equipment such as walkers, standers, seating systems, wheelchairs and 24 hour positioning systems. This is primarily completed with NDIS funding.
Blossom Physiotherapy strongly believes every child has the right to access the support and funding they need to reach their full potential. Our physiotherapist is able to complete assessments, reports and applications to the NDIS to assist your child in accessing the support they need to blossom.
We also support children using medicare, private health, or those privately funded.
